Wills

Ensuring you have an up-to-date will is one of the simplest and most important things you can do to protect your family in the event of your death. Even if you do not have a family to think of, a will ensures that your estate goes to the person or people you want it to. Certain life changes can also invalidate your existing will, so don’t leave anything to chance – call us to ensure you have a current will in place.

Lasting Powers of Attorney

It’s a sad fact that sometimes people become incapable of managing their own affairs due to a loss of mental or physical capability. Should this happen, having a Lasting Power of Attorney in place ensures that the person you most trust can make decisions regarding your health and welfare, as well as financial and property affairs

Advance Directives

Also known as a living will, an Advance Directive gives you the opportunity to ensure you have made your wishes known regarding end-of-life care, should you be unable to do so when the time comes.

Court of Protection applications

The Court of Protection deals with decisions or actions that are covered by the Mental Capacity Act. Should someone need permission from the Court to make decisions for you regarding your health, welfare, financial affairs or property, an application must be made. It’s a complicated process, so why not let our expert team handle it on your behalf?
